Tyhim offers print-on-demand apparel and related products, which are produced individually for each order. Product images on the site are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual items due to screen settings, printing processes, and garment tolerances. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices displayed on our site are subject to change without prior notice. We may occasionally offer promotions or discounts, which can be modified or terminated at our discretion. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods provided on the site. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local authorities.
5. Order Processing and Changes
Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is submitted. We may be able to accept changes or cancellations within a short window after purchase, typically within 24 hours, but we do not guarantee that modifications are possible once processing has started or the order has printed or shipped. 6. Shipping and Delivery
This is a print-on-demand service; standard production time is usually 1–3 business days before shipping, with total shipping times typically 3–7 business days for U.S. orders, 5–10 business days for Canada, and 10 or more business days for other international destinations. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment where possible.
7. Size Guides and Customer Responsibility
Size guides are provided on our product pages to help you select the correct size. Because garments may have minor measurement tolerances, small deviations from the size chart (up to approximately 1 inch or 2.54 cm) are considered normal and are not treated as defects. You are responsible for reviewing the size chart and selecting the appropriate size before placing your order.
8. Refunds and Returns
Our products are custom printed for each customer, so most orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders may qualify for a refund or replacement only if:

– The print quality is poor.
– The item is materially different from what is presented on our site.
If you believe your order is incorrect or defective, you must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date, including photos of the issue, the order number, and the email used for the purchase. All sales are otherwise final, and we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by misuse, as well as unauthorized returns, are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
