Refund & Returns Policy 

Overview
At Tyhim LLC, all products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless there is a clear issue with the product.

Our policy is valid for 21 days after delivery. If more than 21 days have passed since you received your order, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

The wrong item was received

The design or size does not match what was ordered

To be eligible, you must:

Provide proof of purchase

Send clear photos showing the issue

Contact us within 21 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Minor color differences (due to screen variations)

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6–12 hours of placing the order

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible

Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card provider (processing delays are common)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for size or preference-related issues.

Shipping Returns
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us.
