Return and Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. If you are not happy for any reason please email your concerns to us at support@tyhim.com

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each order, they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site. Therefore, please make sure to consult the size chart (Available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. All sales are final.

If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of item orders.

If you believe the order you received is incorrect or defective, please review What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product for the next steps.

You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.

You will need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order we will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
