If you are not satisfied with our products and services, please do not leave negative or neutral feedbacks before giving us an opportunity to resolve the problem first.
If the products are damaged or defective, please feel free to contact us with some pictures of the defective items, we will proceed to send you a replacement asap.

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each order, they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site. Therefore, please make sure to consult the size chart (Available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. All sales are final.
If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of item orders.

You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
You will need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order we will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

* Some items are non-returnable such as; but not limited to, intimate items for health and hygiene reasons
